Tshega Christian Mission is striving to serve the community holistically using the Christian base as a hub for Tshega staff to live on and work from. The base will assist in evangelism, church planting, social support and training.
Tshega Christian Mission was born on a regular summer’s day in February 2002 in South Africa, Limpopo Province around the Van den Bergh’s kitchen table. Motivated by their conviction to live, a life of love and service found in Christ.
Tshega Christian Mission was established with the desire to educate and empower the disadvantaged and vulnerable communities that are affected by unemployment and undesirable living circumstances.
There are many different ways to get involved. Volunteering is one of these options allowing you a unique opportunity to physically be a part of transforming lives. Another option is financial assistance.
There are powerful moments that can and will change the course of your life. More than a decade ago Tshega’s doors were opened, a commitment to start transforming lives, which brought hope to the community. That commitment has now moved over to trust as year after year Tshega kept keeping the promise to educate, empower and transform. Thousands of lives have been impacted by the sacrifice and obedience of people who saw a need and wanted to make a change.
